AGU's Board of Directors Met in Korea Asia Gateball Union (AGU) organized its 37th Board of Directors meeting at the Suites Hotel Namwon in Korea on October 21, 2016, coinciding with the 7th Asia Gateball Championship hosted in Namwon City, Korea. The board of directors discussed about two issues; one is on the number of participating countries to the Asia Gateball Championship and the other is on the next Asia Gateball Championship to be held in 2020. The board agreed that the participating team number would be basically 64 from the next championship. Also they approved the proposal from China to be the host for the next Asia Gateball Championship and agreed that the host city and detailed conditions are to be decided by the chairperson later on.
