Japan-Hawaii Friendship Gateball Game was held on March 8th, 2014,
Due to the hard rain on the day before, (mowing the lawn must have been a hard work), the court was slight muddy, but
thanks to Hawaii Gateball Association the court was set perfectly and there were some sand to prevent being slippery.
Opening ceremony started around 9am, and players just couldn't wait for the game to start!
There were 2 courts in the park, and the players volunteered to do the referees when not playing.
The results are as follows:

First place : HAWAII A
Second place: HAWAII B
3 teams from Niigata and 1 team from Hiroshima has particitipated in this event
Not only players who actually flew for this event from Japan, but also some gateball players who spend the winter season in Hawaii have joined as well.
Despite of the clowdy weather, all the players looked very happy participating in this event.
Thank once again to Hawaii Gateball Association hosting this event and looking forward for another game in the near future!
