The signing ceremony of the 10th World Gateball Championships, decided to be held on September 17 - 19 this year, was held in shanghai.
Ms. Kiyoko Ono, Chairperson of World Gateball Union and Zhao Hua Juan, President of Chinese Gateball Association signed the contract.

In the signing ceremony, the Government of Gaodon Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai announced to present the ticket of "Shanghai Expo" which is scheduled for the same period to all the players participating.

And after the signing ceremony, many journalists of 20 companies such as newspapers, magazines and TV attended the press conference.
There were many questions by them as they were very interested in the Championships.

Chairperson Ono inspected the scheduled venue where construction and maintenance progressed with steady steps.

In spite of winter season, 3 degrees temperature, natural lawn grass of the venue has been growing steadily.

Number of teams in the Championships to 96 teams is scheduled.
