The commemoration Match on the 15th establishment anniversary is held.
Southern California Gateball Association held the commemoration Match on March
10 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of GB development in Southern California.
About 100 gateball players took part in.
“At first our way to strike is also uncertain. After having participated in the
1988 world Championships in Brazil, we learnt many one by one. Also our team won
the third place in the 1998 World Championships in Hawaii. We wish to express
our gratitude for the support and assistance of Japanese gateball players.
We believe a lot of companions who can readily enjoy gateball with whom will be
made according to the soul of the gate ball in the future. The day when Gateball
can participate in Olympics is wished,” President Akemi Miyake said. |
