The World Gateball Union is actively promoting gateball by donating the used sticks and balls donated by many enthusiasts. Recently, letters of gratitude arrived from the Philippines and Australia.
A letter from enthusiasts in the Philippines to the World Gateball Union enquiring about gateball equipment led to the donation of balls. A photo of gateball being enjoyed in the Philippines was also sent to the Union.Because of this, we have realized that gateball is being enjoyed in the Philippines ? an area where until now there was little information on gateball. We urgently request our readers to send us any information on gateball in the Philippines.
In Australia, donated equipment is being used in the 2001 Australian GB Championships being held this month.
