2001 China International Gateball tournament in Wuxi 
“Fujian team”, The 3rd Asian GB championships victory team to the first prize again
2001 China International Gateball tournament was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu on Sep. 8-9. Besides Chinese 45 teams, a total of 52 teams from Japan, Chinese Taipei, Singapore, Macao took part.  
This championships is for international exchange by teams from Chinese various places and teams in each country of Asia. It was held by the Chinese Gateball Association's sponsoring.  
The Game was doing the league game first, and dividing into three groups in order of a result high-ranking team, and after that tournament was done in each group. The First prize was “Fujian team”, The 3rd Asian GB championship's victory team last year.  
We were attracted to Chinese player's technology and judge's high quality. And we felt most through Games is that the player layer is rapidly young in China.
