Chairperson Ono visits Beijing & Hong Kong.  
Appeal for the introduction of a Gateball Competition to 2009 East Asian Games.


Chairperson Kiyoko Ono of World Gateball Union visited Asian countries to lobby for Appeal for the introduction of a Gateball Competition to 2009 East Asian Games .
The visit has already been finished to Olympic Committee of Taiwan, South Korea, and Macau.
She visited Beijing and Hong Kong on September 14-19.
China has the maximum GB players in Asia. Hong Kong is the venue of the East Asian Games in 2009.
She met important persons of relative organizations there.

The persons who she met are as follows In Beijing Chinese Olympic Committee  Mr. Liu Peng, President In Hong Kong Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China Mr. Timothy Fok ,President 2009 East Asian Games ( Hong Kong )LTD Mr. Suen Tung, Head(Administration)  Leisure and Culture Service Department Ms. Vicky Tong, Senior Leisure Manager Ms. Kong Po-yee, Leisure Manager Lobbying like this time must be continued so that GB may join to the international Games, like the East Asian Games and the Asian games.

To achieve it, It is essential that we will positively exchange information with each country of Asia.
