11 members of the Tokyo gateball Union participated in.
They visited Cebu Island at first. They held friendly games in Mandaue city with senior players who have GB practice once in a week. Senior players just started GB. They are still beginners.
The members of Tokyo GB Union taught GB tactics and skills. After lesson they played GB together. Some senior person said, “GB is more difficult than I thought ever, and very interesting game.”
Then the members of Tokyo GB Union move to Negros Island.
There they had exchanging games with handicapped players including deaf and dumb students at the ground of high school in Bacolod City.
Sports that the senior and the physically handicapped person can readily enjoy in the Philippines are few. GB is good for health and can be fun for very one.
WGU is planning to promote GB in another cities of the Philippines.
