The Gateball Games for handicapped persons was held in Taipei pref., Taiwann on November 9th.
The Associatoin of Caring for Handicapped Person hosted this Tournament for the purpose of strengthening of welfare, rehabilitation of the physically handicapped persons.
This Tournament started from 2007 on the international memorial day of caring for handicapped persons.
The participants from Japan were deaf teams from Matsumoto City, Nagano Pref.
2 teams from Japan and 18 local teams participated in.
Game Method was the round-robin at 4 courts.
The court condition was terrible bad because of extreme rain from the previous night.
However games were very impressive for players' energy in spite of handicap.
They were playing gateball with fun.

The winner was local handicapped persons association team.
They have a good skill and nice spirit as same as ordinary people.
Japanese team got fighting spirit prize.
This Tournament is scheduled next year, too.
